$9 Jaeger Shot Up The Ass
Went to Inn Joy (on Division next to Small Bar). Z's friend was gonna be there and wanted to hang with her. Course my vote for Foot (Chuck pouring) was dismissed.
At first it seemed ok. DJ spinning punk rawk, $2 Lone Star, and good sized G&T's for $5 (though the pour was a little short). On the next round I ordered a shot of Jaeger and was told the total was $16! $9 Jaeger shot. Fuck me. Yeah, my fault for not asking, but come on. He felt bad and knocked $2 off the shot but it still was Exit like price (BTW: new Thursday nite meeting place). Later found that Jim Beam drinks were $3 (and the waitress said Jag shot would be $6?).
Went to Estele's (sp?) after for their famous $2 everything (draft/bottle beer, not bad). Needless to say I was lucky to get up and be able to shower and leave for work without puking, barely.
