Who needs a bitch slap?

Chad's definition is negative. It is exclusive rather than inclusive.
He just mentioned Chicago scooterists (sarcasam anyone?). He didn't define anything. We are the most open and welcoming club around. You don't need a vintage bike, a metal bike or even a scoot for the hell of it. How open and "inclusive" can you be?

By this reasoning you are not a scoterist if you don't attend his club meetings.
People who don't even have a scoot come to our "meetings". They're more of a social hour or something. Ride, drive or take the bus. We don't give a shit. Why sit at home all winter? Hell, the best way to get laid is to go out and meet people, and at the least you get drunk (or not) and make a friend. Besides, when was the last time you hung out with us?

You are not a scooterist if you have interests other than his.
I consider him my best friend and I don't like half the shit he likes. That's what keeps things going, differences of tastes. If we all liked the same thing it would be a vanilla world.

You are not a scooterist if you have a job and a car.
Sorry, I don't live off mommy anymore, and some rallys are too far. Last time I checked, Chad has a job. Besides, you kinda need a job just to keep any scoot up and running, the wallet bleeders they are. So this make no sense.

You are not a scooterist if bla bla bla.
If you're gonna ramble off and not follow a train of thought then don't start in the first place.

This is the definition that drives a lack of "scooterists" (Ok, I may be half in the bag, but even when I was sober that didn't make sense) because who wants to break their necks to fit into someone else's vision of what you should be, that makes a scene lame, not fun.
This isn't a "scene". It's a community. Look around Chicago, the whole thing with scenes is a bunch of people trying to be something else and fit in with the fad of the week. You want scenes go hang out on Rush and Division or at Rainblo. And most scooter clubs have "rules", that you must go by to be a part of. Compared to the Wussies, having a black bike ( or motorcycle, or car) isn't all that demanding. You like shit to go your way and when it doesn't, you throw a fit. Grow up.

Be what you want. Call yourself what you want.
I am. I do. I'm a Fuckin Negro. You have a problem with that or any other Negro come see me, or do I have to wait till the summer?
